50 million infrastructure for 2.4 billion project

Above my paygrade! Masters of their craft how would you go about it?

7 square miles
200 million square feet
176 acres

Not all will be used of course, 20% of total area in concrete?

26+ years of snow removal contracts not needed?

geothermal systems? natural gas???

solar would NOT work in Cleveland.

No real dog in the fight it’s where I was born & raised.

I’m not needed to get it to folks with boots on the ground there. I will pass it on & certainly interested if something this large possible.

There is a rail, river, & waterfall system a few miles away, the water flow from the melt could also generate power…

Cleveland Hopkins airport within a mile…

I honestly think 2.4 billion is crazy for that area, but looks like it’s getting built. So if it can help generate anything positive for a building that will be used like 20 times a year in a crumbling city…

I’d rather have 2 + billion worth of schools since half the kids cant read.

“above my paygrade”

Snow melt system.

cheers

Is electric the method of heat? That is the question.

No idea. least 4 years before it’s done, concrete last to go down.

Seeking thee best solution as of today in 2025 to save my hometown from this boondoggle.

If you drove thru Cleveland & around that area youd understand.

2.4 Billion
50-70M in infrstructure

napkin math

if its 100K to plow a year(low estimate) & last boondoogle by lake is only 25 years old.

25 years 2.5M

can it benefit thee cities residents or spark locals to start implimenting similar smaller residential or commercial builds?

traffic accidents pothole maintenance?

bring attention to reusing heat thru bitcoin mining?

Snows in Oct can stay untill April
wind chill effects from lake, sub below zero & gray blizzard conditions, summers hot & humid, not a pot hole has been fixed since 86

does a 2.5M minimum system make the numbers work?

I could get paperwork to folks. Rough numbers, equipment needed.

I have no idea if the actual numbers work.

Its going on top of an Ford plant not sure how they powered it, so old might of been coal. Im assuming the entire area is going to be completely razed & will be a big deep hole in a year or few..

My limited knowledge Id suggest geothermal & some water turbine stuff, as mentioned pretty powerfull waterfall in Berea near by but havent seen anything this large of scale.

Get yall a consulting fee with a pretty paper. Id hope theyd check the math.

Make Cleveland a future city! Streets, Seats, & sidewalks…heated by bitcoin dome. Every seat has its own lightning address, scan the qr code on the seat, pays $20+ & a hot corned beef, some perogies, & a cold plastic beer to your heated seat!

(Cleveland why glass bottles were banned )

waterfall / cuyahoga (crooked) rocky river system 4.7 miles away?
