We are all getting to the point now where, to scale appropriately, we need to meet certain portions of the building codes. I have a few projects now that are getting inspected and we are on-target to full compliance.
I am going to use this post, and update this section, to list relevant portions of the International Building Code. I will also do another post underneath relevant to my state of Idaho.

Are there any sections that you know are going to be a challenge to get through? I’ve had to argue structural code with multiple different municipalities. Generally, a conversation with the city officials solves this (unless you’re in California).
Yes, I think that air-cooled mining solutions are going to need to comply with https://codes.iccsafe.org/content/IRC2024P2/chapter-14-heating-and-cooling-equipment-and-appliances#IRC2024P2_Pt05_Ch14_SecM1407 which invokes UL 1996. Maybe someone could whip up a business that provides a UL rating to forced air solutions.

Ok here is a big one from the 2024 IRC invoking “LISTED” equipment. Chapter 11 is Energy Efficiency and Chapter 24 is Fuel Gas so I think we are good there. Seems like its open to interpretation. Anyone ready to “list” something? Maybe we could have an independent “listing” of defined configurations of equipment:
